The Council of Deans of Health is the representative voice of the UK university health faculties engaged in education and research for nursing, midwifery and the allied health professions. At any one time, our members are educating more than 100,000 future health professionals, as well as supporting existing staff in their professional development and carrying out research into some of health and social care’s most pressing problems.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Council’s policy team as a Policy Officer. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in health or higher education policy as our policy officer will gain experience in writing and analysis, event and meeting support and public affairs.
The role will include policy work on a wide range of health professional education and research issues, as well as event organisation, data work and membership liaison.
The office is based in Central London and the role comes with generous terms and conditions, including 27 days annual leave.
